An homage to the analog world—the privacy of a solitary typewriter not connected to any network, a book that leaves no evidence of the reader, a hand-written note that leaves no digital trail, the writer anonymous and free from digital surveillance.
All miniature objects in the piece were created by hand using various techniques and materials. No AI or 3D printing techniques were used to create any part of this piece.
At the End of the Street
There is a curious place in every neighbourhood, an unwelcoming gap in the community. Sometimes it's a structure with a mysterious history, a story unknown. It’s a place that sparks rumour, speculation, concern and perhaps a bit of fear. Yet it can also be an unexpected force for neighbourhood unity, a reason for people who might never strike up a conversation to talk, gossip, and speculate.
